Terms and Conditions – Torrance Yard Cards 4 Y'All

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
1. PAYMENT. Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery. Venmo is the preferred payment method.

2. CANCELLATION. If mother nature takes over, and we are unable to setup your greeting before your event, we will provide a full refund. If you must cancel, we will require a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation for a full refund. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

3. RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:
o Based on available inventory
o Rush fee may apply
o Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

4. REFUND POLICY. We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. Please double check your requested phrase on the invoice.

5. The greeting will be delivered on the eve of your event date unless other arrangements have been made with the owner. All Yard Cards 4 Yall greetings are typically delivered and set up after 7 pm and removed after 7pm the following day. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting.

6. All Yard Cards 4 Yall greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting.

7. All signs remain Yard Cards 4 Yall property. This is a rental for a period of time. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from the owner. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

8. Yard Cards 4 Yall reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.
